摘要
内伤杂病主要包括脏腑经络、气血津液功能失调引发的疾病,而脾脏功能失调是其发病的重要病机,国医名师杨玉华运用"理脾"法治疗内伤杂病,每获良效。本文从脾脏生理功能入手,深度剖析"理脾"法的含义,并结合治验病例对其辨证特点和用药特色进行了探讨。
The internal injuries mainly include the diseases caused by the viscera meridian,qi,blood and body fluid dysfunction,and the dysfunction of spleen is an important pathogenesis of the disease.Yang Yuhua,a famous doctor of Chinese medicine,uses the ＂recuperating spleen＂method to treat the internal injury and miscellaneous diseases. This article,starting with the spleen＇s physiological function,deeply analyzes the meaning of the ＂recuperating spleen＂method,and combined with clinical cases to characteristics of syndrome differentiation and medication characteristics are discussed.
