摘要
结合南京中医药大学无锡附属医院实践,阐述基于微信公众平台的移动互联网医院系统技术架构、网络拓扑架构以及功能,包括导诊、诊疗、互动3大模块,介绍应用体会,指出该系统对提高医疗服务效率、提升患者就诊满意度、促进医患和谐具有重要作用。
Combining with the practices in Wuxi Hospital Affiliated to Nanjing University of Chinese Medicine, the paper expounds upon technical architecture, network topology architecture and functions of the mobile Internet hospital system based on the WeChat public platform, including the 3 modules of hospital guiding, diagnosis and treatment and interaction, introduces the experiences of application, points out that the system plays a significant role in the improvement of medical service efficiency, patients＇ satisfaction with treatment and the harmony between doctors and patients.
