摘要
随着物流在我国的迅速发展,企业的物流运作模式选择问题越发显得重要,其选择直接影响企业的经营效益,A企业作为商业连锁企业连锁店铺分布广泛,所面临的问题之一就是选择怎样的物流运作模式,首先需要考虑成本因素选择合理的物流运作模式降低物流成本,进而降低企业的经营成本是连锁企业取胜的一个关键因素。以该企业为研究对象,通过物流成本来对外包和自营成本进行分析,提出适合A企业的物流运作模式。
With the rapid development of logistics in China, the choice of logistics operation mode becomes more and more important. The choice of logistics operation mode has a direct impact on the operating efficiency of enterprises. As a chain store of commercial chain enterprises, enterprise A is widely distributed. One of the problems faced is how to choose the logistics operation mode. First of all, the cost factor should be considered. Choosing a reasonable logistics operation mode to reduce logistics costs, and then reduce the operating costs of enterprises is a key factor for chain enterprises to win. Taking the enterprise as the research object, this paper analyzes the outsourcing and self-operation cost through logistics cost, and puts forward the logistics operation mode suitable for enterprise A.
