摘要 目的建立全自动石墨消解-电感耦合等离子体质谱快速测定唾液中16种元素的分析方法。方法采用全自动石墨消解对唾液样品进行前处理,消解完成后用1%硝酸定容,以103Rh、185Re作为内标消除非质谱干扰,碰撞反应池技术消除质谱干扰,采用电感耦合等离子体质谱快速测定唾液中16种元素。对测定的干扰及消除展开探讨并进行了系列可行性试验。结果本法在0. 5μg/L~100μg/L内线性良好(r≥0. 999),相对标准偏差为2. 56%~4. 89%,方法检出限为0. 006 0μg/L~0. 49μg/L,回收率为86. 2%~107. 2%。结论该方法简便快速、灵敏度高且重现性好,适用于唾液样中16种元素快速批量测定。 Objective The paper was aimed at establishing a method for rapid determination of 16 elements in saliva by automatic graphite digestion - inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry ( ICP - MS). Methods Saliva samples were digested by automatic graphite digestion instrument, and diluted with 1% nitric acid to 10 ml. ICP - MS was employed for rapid determination of 16 elements in saliva with ^103Rh, ^185Re as the internal standards to eliminate non -mass spectrum interference, and collision reaction cell was used to eliminate mass spectroscopic interference. Furthermore, interference presented in determination and its elimination were discussed. In addition, a series of feasibility tests were conducted. Results The linearity was good within 0.5 μg/L- 100 μg/L (r t〉0. 999 ), with the relevant deviation (RSD) of 2.56% -4.89%. The limits of detection were in the range of 0. 006 0 μg/L - 0. 49 μg/L, meanwhile the recovery rates were within 86.2% - 107.2%. Conclusion The method is simple and sensitive with a good reproducibility, which is suitable for batch rapid determination of 16 elements in saliva.
