摘要
目的研究半夏泻心汤加减治疗胃脘痛的临床效果。方法选取我院2015年1月～2017年5月收治的胃脘痛患者100例,随机均分为对照组和试验组各50例。给予对照组患者常规西药治疗,给予试验组患者半夏泻心汤加减治疗。比较两组患者的治疗效果,对患者症状缓解时间、症状消失时间和住院时间进行比较,并比较患者的不良反应发生情况。结果患者临床疗效比较试验组更优,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。患者症状缓解时间、症状消失时间和住院时间比较试验组更早,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。患者不良反应发生率较试验组更低,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论半夏泻心汤加减治疗胃脘痛的临床效果显著,能明显提升患者的治疗效果,能有效缩短患者的住院时间,并且药物安全性较高,具有较高临床价值。
Objective To study the clinical efficacy of Banxia Xiexin Decoction addition and subtraction in the treatment of epigastralgia. Methods One hundred cases with epigastralgia in our hospital from January 2015 to May 2017 were selected,and they were randomly divided into the control group and test group,each had 50 cases. The control group was given conventional western medicine,the test group was given Banxia Xiexin Decoction addition and subtraction treatment.Therapeutic effect,the patient＇s symptom relief time,symptom disappearance time,hospitalization time and adverse reaction were compared between the two groups. Results The clinical efficacy of test group was better than the control group, （P 〈 0.05）.The patient＇s symptom relief time, symptom disappearance time, hospitalization time of the test group were shorter than the control group（P 〈 0.05）.The adverse reaction rate of the test group was lower（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The clinical efficacy is significant of Banxia Xiexin Decoction addition and subtraction in the treatment of epigastralgia,it can significantly improve the patient＇s treatment effect and effectively shorten hospitalization time,it has high drug safety and high clinical value.
