摘要
财务共享服务是一种可以降低财务管理成本、改进服务质量、提升管理效率的新型管理模式。基于财务共享服务实施会计信息化管理,需要企业明确会计信息化管理影响因素,构建财务共享信息管理系统,加强会计人员培训,搭建财务云平台,同时还要注意确保财务数据安全。长虹集团的实践表明基于财务共享服务的会计信息化管理具有可行性。
Financial sharing services is a new management mode which can reduce the cost of financial management,improve the quality of service,and enhance the efficiency of management. In order to implement accounting informatization management on the basis of financial sharing services,it is necessary for enterprises to clarify the factors influencing the accounting informatization management,develop a system of financial sharing informatization management,strengthen the training of accountants, build a financial cloud platform,and pay attention to the safety of financial data as well. The practice of Changhong Group shows that accounting informatization management based on financial shared services is feasible.
