摘要
企业通过实施ERP促进其效率与效益的提高,已成为提升核心竞争力的重要因素。然而,在ERP的实施过程中,面临着许多风险,严重影响ERP实施的效果。ERP实施准备阶段是关系到ERP是否能够取得预期效果的重要一步,对其进行风险分析与控制非常必要。从ERP实施准备阶段的重要性入手,从认识风险、管理风险、规划风险和选择风险等方面进行风险分析,并从全员参与、思想共识、项目规划、管理水平与多方合作等方面提出了针对性措施。
To promote its efficiency and benefit through the implementation of ERP has become an important factor in enhancing the core competitiveness of enterprises. However, there are many risks in the implementation process of ERP, which seriously affect the effectiveness of ERP implementation. Among them, ERP implementation preparation stage is an important step which decides whether ERP can achieve expected benefits, and it is necessary to carry out risk analysis and control. This article starts by discussing the importance of ERP implementation preparation stage, analyzing the risk of this stage from the perspective of understanding risk, managing risk, planning risk and selecting risk. Finally, the author puts forward targeted measures in terms of full participation, ideological consensus, project planning, management level and multi-party cooperation.
