摘要
目的:探讨医护合作模式对使用经鼻型肠梗阻导管患者安全管理的有效性。方法:将62例置入经鼻型肠梗阻导管的患者分为实验组33例,采用医护合作管理模式;对照组29例,实施常规护理干预措施,比较两组患者置管期间不良事件的发生率和患者对护理工作的满意度。结果:实验组患者置管期间不良事件的发生率低于对照组(P<0.05),患者对护士工作满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:医护合作管理模式能降低患者置管期间不良事件发生率,保障患者安全,提高患者满意度。
Objective：To evaluate the effectiveness of doctor-nurse cooperative mode in the security managementof patients with trans-nasal intestinal catheter.Methods：62 cases of nasal obstruction catheter placement weredivided into experimental group and control group, 33 cases in experimental group were treated with the doctornursecooperative mode, the implementation of routine nursing measures of 29 cases of patients in the control group,compared two groups of patients during intubation of the incidence of adverse events and the patients＇ satisfactionwith nursing work.Results： The incidence of adverse events in the experimental group were lower than those in thecontrol group （P〈 0.05）, and the patients＇ satisfaction with nurses＇ work was higher than that of the control group（P〈 0.05）.Conclusion： The doctor-nurse cooperative mode can reduce the incidence of adverse events during thecatheterization period, ensure the safety of patients and improve the patients ＇satisfaction.
