摘要
霉菌毒素是霉菌在生长繁殖过程当中产生的高毒性次级代谢产物,普遍存在于饲料原料中,对动物健康和人类的食品安全形成了极大威胁。介绍了饲料中常见霉菌毒素的种类及其对动物的危害,并对霉菌毒素的脱毒方法进行了综述。
Myeotoxin is a highly toxic seeondary metabolite produeed in the process of growth and reproduetion. It exists widely in feed materials and poses a great threat to the health of animals and the safety of human food. The types of myeotoxins in feed and their harm to animals were introduced, and the detoxifieation methods of myeotoxins were reviewed.
