摘要
近年来,由于激素、广谱抗生素等药物不合理应用以及抗肿瘤治疗及器官移植后免疫抑制剂的应用,真菌感染发生率大大增加,对人类健康造成很大的威胁。多种中药单体或复方制剂具有良好抗真菌作用,本文综述近年来国内外中药单体及复方制剂抗真菌作用的研究,为中药治疗真菌感染提供依据。
Recently, due to the abuse of hormone, the unresaonable application of broad-spectrum antibiotics, the tumor chemotherapy and the immunosuppressive application after organ transplantation, the probability of fungal infection is increasing, which deeply threats human＇s health. Chinese herbal monomer or Chinese herbal compound has a good antifungal effect. This review describes the antifungal effects of Chinese herbal monomer and compound, which provides the reference for the treatment of fungal infections by traditional Chinese medicine.
