摘要
目的分析和评价廊坊市2011-2014年结核病控制项目实施效果,探讨工作中出现的问题并提出建议。方法收集廊坊市10个县(市、区)2011-2014年结核病门诊季报表、年报表、网络直报资料进行分析。结果 2011-2014年间全市共发现活动性肺结核病人8 631例,病人发现率下降明显;涂阳病人4 843例,新涂阳病人的治愈率逐年下降,复治涂阳病人632例,复治涂阳治愈率下降明显,定点医院模式下的结核病人管理需要进一步加强。结论结核病定点医院模式是廊坊市结核病人发现、治愈下降的因素。
Objective To analyze and evaluate the implementation effect of tuberculosis control project in Langfang City in 2011-2014 years,and to discuss the problems in the work and put forward suggestions. Methods The quarterly reports,annual reports and network direct reporting data of tuberculosis clinics in 10 counties（ cities） of Langfang from 2011 to 2014 were collected and analyzed. Results During the period from 2011 to 2014,a total of 8 631 cases of patients with active pulmonary tuberculosis were found in the city,and the rate of patients detection decreased significantly. A total of 4 843 cases were smear positive patients; the cure rate of newly smear-positive patients decreased year by year,632 relapsed smear-positive patients retreated. The cure rate decreased significantly,and the management of TB patients under the designated hospital model needed to be further strengthened. Conclusion The designated hospital model of tuberculosis is a factor in the desrease of discovery and cure of TB patients in Langfang City.
