摘要
目的探讨不同区域大小鼠体重的差异性。方法利用SPSS分析方法对大小鼠生长曲线进行模型和协方差分析。结果 4种小鼠品系与国外数据分析结果显示P>0.05,差异无统计学意义。两种大鼠品系与国外数据分析显示,SD大鼠雄性P<0.05,差异有统计学意义,雌性P<0.05(Harlan公司生长速度除外),差异有统计学意义;Wistar大鼠雄性P<0.05(Charles America公司体重除外),差异有统计学意义,雌性P<0.05(Charles公司体重除外),差异有统计学意义。结论为引进实验动物提供一定的理论参考性和科学判断。
Objective To investigate the difference in body weight of mice and rats in different regions. Methods SPSS analysis method was used to analyze the growth curve and covariance of mice. Results The data analyzed showed that the difference was not statistically significant（ P〉0. 05） between four kinds of mice strains and foreign. The result showed that the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05） in two kinds of rat strains and foreign,except in the growth of the Harlan SD male rate,and in the weight of the Charles America Wistar male rats,and in the weight of the Charles Wistar male rats. Conclusion The research has provided theoretical basis and scientific judgments for the introduction of the laboratory animals.
