摘要
为研究振动载荷对腰椎间盘力学性能的影响,采用有限元方法,对人体腰椎间盘L3/L4节段在不同振动频率和振动幅值作用下的力学响应进行仿真分析,并与静载荷下的响应进行比较.发现:振动幅值相同时,振动都不同程度地增大了腰椎间盘的蠕变,振动频率越高,蠕变越大;振动幅值越大,振动频率对蠕变的影响越明显.椎间盘组织的Mises应力受振动频率的影响较小;孔隙压力随着振动频率的增加下降速度有所降低.应变增大时,应力松弛随频率的增加略有减小.因此长期处于振动载荷下,特别是频率较高时,更容易造成纤维环损伤.
In order to study the effect of vibration load on the mechanical properties of lumbar intervertebral disc,the mechanical responses of L3/L4 segment of human lumbar intervertebral disc under different vibration frequencies and amplitudes were simulated by finite element method. It was compared with the response under static load. The results showed that the vibration increased the creep strain of the lumbar intervertebral disc in different degrees at the same vibration amplitude. The higher the vibration frequency was,the greater the creep. The effect of vibration frequency on creep was more obvious with vibration amplitude increasing. The Mises stress of intervertebral disc tissue was slightly affected by vibration frequency. The decrease rate of pore pressure was reduced with the increase of vibration frequency. When the strain increased,stress relaxation decreased slightly with the increase of frequency. Therefore,long-term vibration load is more likely to damage the fiber ring,especially a high-frequency vibration.
