摘要
分析机械辅助半自动采摘的研究情况。针对果农的采摘方式和果树的生长特性,设计一种采摘器。该采摘器分为执行末端、操作杆和操作手柄3个部分,采用纯机械的连接方式以及一个半圆弧的剪切机构和柔性的保护装置配合。该采摘器操作简单、通用性强、采摘效率高,能更好地保护水果,减少果农的劳动强度。
The research status of mechanical assisted semi automatic picking was analyzed. And in view of the picking way of fruit growers and the growth characteristics of fruit trees, a picker was designed. The harvester is divided into three parts: the executive end, the operating rod and the operating handle. The harvester adopts pure mechanical connection mode, and a semi-circular shearing mechanism and a flexible protective device cooperate. The harvester has the advantages of simple operation, strong universality, high harvesting efficiency, better fruit protection and less labor intensity of fruit farmers.
