摘要
结合实例分析发电机组设备检修中的问题,并得出问题产生的主要原因是未能对检修目标进行有效识别与分解。提出发电机组设备检修管理的改进措施,通过项目识别和分解以及目标的确定和分解,构建相应的目标体系,确保检修目标能够顺利实现。
Combining with an example, the problems in the maintenance of generator set equipment were analyzed_The main reason for the problem is the failure to effectively identify and decompose the maintenance target.The improvement measures of generator equipment maintenance management were put forward. Through project identification and decomposition as well as the determination and decomposition of objectives, the corresponding target system was constructed to ensure the smooth realization of maintenance objectives.
