摘要
文献检索发现,专门研究班主任职业成就感的文献较少。为了了解中学班主任职业成就感的水平及其影响因素,本研究采用自编问卷对上海市172名中学班主任进行了问卷调查。结果发现,中学班主任职业成就感的总体水平较低,其职业成就感在学校类型、性别、年龄、教龄、班主任工作年限、学历、职称等方面的差异不显著。Logistic回归分析发现,"是否喜欢班主任工作""是否接受过不同阶段班主任的培训"以及"津贴是否分档"是影响中学班主任职业成就感水平的重要因素。这一研究结果对学校如何管理和激励班主任具有重要的启示。
From literature research, it can be found that there is not so much literature about head teachers' career achievement sense. For better understanding of this topic and its influencing factors, this paper adopts a self-made questionnaire to survey 172 head teachers from middle schools. It has been found that head teachers from middle schools generally have a lower career achievement sense and there is no significant difference among such influencing factors as school types, gender, age, years of teaching, years of being head teachers, educational background and professional titles. Nevertheless, logistic regression analysis has found that three questions on the questionnaire are significant factors for those head teachers' career achievement sense, which are "whether they like being a head teacher", "whether they have received head teacher training in different periods of their career", and "whether their head teacher allowance is banded". The research findings have important implications about how to manage schools and motivate head teachers.
