摘要
目的分析护理配合对老年性白内障术后患者生存质量和感染的影响。方法随机选择本院自2016年3月至2018年3月接受治疗的老年性白内障患者90例,患者随机分为常规组(45例)和研究组(45例)。常规组患者在围手术期给予常规护理干预,而研究组患者在围手术期给予预见性护理干预,比较两组患者的治疗效果、生存质量和感染率。结果研究组患者的总有效率和治疗后Barthel指数评分比常规组的显著增加(P<0.05);研究组患者的眼内感染率比常规组的显著降低(P<0.05)。结论围手术期预见性护理干预可提高老年性白内障患者的治疗效果,促进视力的恢复,提高患者的生存质量,预防眼内感染。
Objective to analyze the effect of nursing cooperation on the quality of life and infection of postoperative patients with senile cataract. Methods 90 cases of senile cataract patients treated in our hospital from March 2016 to March 2018 were randomly selected, and the patients were randomly divided into routine group（45 cases） and study group（45 cases）. Patients in the routine group were given routine nursing intervention during perioperative period, while patients in the study group were given predictive nursing intervention during perioperative period, and the treatment effect, quality of life and infection rate of the two groups were compared. Results the total effective rate and Barthel index score of the patients in the study group were significantly higher than that in the conventional group（P〈0.05）.The intraocular infection rate in the study group was significantly lower than that in the conventional group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion perioperative predictive nursing intervention can improve the treatment effect of senile cataract patients, promote the recovery of vision, improve the quality of life of patients, and prevent intraocular infection.
