摘要
目的探讨咀嚼口香糖对改善妇科腹部手术后患者胃肠道功能恢复的影响。方法比较两组肠鸣音恢复时间、肛门排气恢复时间及第一次排便时间;两组患者胃肠道功能恢复情况;两组患者满意度。结果两组肠鸣音恢复时间、肛门排气恢复时间及第一次排便时间比较后发现,研究组肠鸣音恢复时间、肛门排气恢复时间及第一次排便时间短于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者胃肠道功能恢复情况比较发现,研究组胃肠道功能恢复情况好于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者满意度对比发现,研究组满意度高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论妇科腹部手术后,给予患者咀嚼口香糖,可以促进胃肠道功能的恢复,提高患者满意度。
Objective To investigate the effect of chewing gum on improving the recovery of gastrointestinal function in patients after gynecological abdominal surgery. Methods The recovery time of bowel sounds, the recovery time of anus exhaust and the first defecation time were compared between the two groups; the recovery of gastrointestinal function in the two groups; the satisfaction of the two groups. Results After the recovery time of bowel sounds, recovery time of anal exhaust and the first defecation time, the recovery time of bowel sounds, recovery time of anus exhaust and the first defecation time in the study group were shorter than that of the control group. It was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. The recovery of gastrointestinal function in the two groups showed that the recovery of gastrointestinal function in the study group was better than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. The comparison showed that the satisfaction of the study group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion After gynecological abdominal surgery, giving patients chewing gum can promote the recovery of gastrointestinal function and improve patient satisfaction.
