摘要
目的评价精密器械处理中存在的问题及对策实施的效果。方法我院消毒供应室于2017年8月至2018年7月实施精密器械的针对性管理(管理后),与2017年8月前实施的常规管理(管理前)进行对比,对比两组精密器械处理中常见的问题及管理后的效果。结果管理前后对比的精密器械清洗合格率、管理质量评分及精密器械出错率存在较为显著的差异(P<0.05),差异具有统计学意义。结论精密器械在处理过程中极易出现器械挤压、掉落、清洗不到位、装配不准确、护理人员不了解器械等问题,极易导致精密器械出错、管理水平下降,因此在处理过程中应给予针对性管理,提高精密器械的处理及管理效果。
Objective To evaluate the problems existing in the processing of precision instruments and the effects of countermeasures. Methods The disinfection supply room of our hospital implemented the targeted management of precision instruments（after management） from August 2017 to July 2018, and compared with the conventional management（before management） implemented before August 2017, comparing the two groups of precision common problems in instrument handling and post-management effects. Results There was a significant difference in the accuracy of the precision instrument cleaning, the management quality score and the precision instrument error rate before and after management（P〈0.05）. The difference was statistically significant. Conclusion Precision instruments are prone to problems such as extrusion, dropping, improper cleaning, inaccurate assembly, and lack of understanding of the equipment by the nursing staff during the processing. It is easy to cause errors in the precision instruments and the management level is reduced. Therefore, it should be given in clinical practice. Targeted management to improve the processing and management of precision instruments.
