摘要
日本针对不同时期出现的水环境问题,开展了一系列广泛和深入的水环境质量监测工作,监测地域涉及地表水、地下水、沿海地域、近海范围。监测内容包括理化指标的测定和生态系统监测两大类别。经过半个多世纪的努力,日本开展了"公共用水域水质监测"(日本国家水环境质量监测网络)、地下水水质监测、广域综合水质调查、全国水生生物调查、日本近海海洋环境监测、海洋污染调查和放射能调查等例行监测和日本近海海洋污染实态调查、化学物质环境实态调查、自然环境保护基础调查、重要地域生态系统监测网络(监测1000)、河流岸边国势调查等专项监测和调查工作。由于涉及的内容广泛,作者采取系列研究的方式逐步介绍日本水环境质量监测的概况,本篇论文是日本水环境质量监测系列研究之一,日本水环境监测主要内容概述。
As to the water environmental issues in different periods,Japan has carried out extensive and in-depth work on water environmental quality monitoring,which involves surface water,ground water,coastal areas and inshore seas. The contents of the monitoring contain the measurement of physicochemical indexes and the monitoring of ecosystems. Through half a century’s efforts,Japan has initiated routine monitoring,including the "Public Waters Survey"( Japan’s national water environmental quality monitoring network),the Ground Water Quality Monitoring,the Wide-Area Comprehensive Water Quality Survey,the Nation-wide Aquatic Organism Survey, the Inshore Environmental Monitoring, the Ocean Pollution Surveys and the Radioactivity Survey,together with special monitoring and surveys such as the Inshore Seas Pollution Survey,the Environment Survey of Chemical Contamination,the National Survey on the Natural Environment,the Monitoring-Site1000 and the National Survey on Natural Environment in River and Watershore. Japan’s water environmental quality monitoring will be briefly introduced in the form of serial researches. This paper is one of the serial researches on Japan’s Water Environmental Quality Monitoring-Summary on the Main Contents of Japan’s Water Environmental Monitoring.
