正交试验法在软刚臂单点系泊设计中的应用

摘要 软刚臂单点系泊系统广泛应用于浅海石油开发领域,软刚臂主尺度的确定是单点系泊设计的关键。设计包括软刚臂长度、系泊腿长度和压载水重量的三因素五水平正交试验,基于多体动力学方法建立FPSO-系泊腿-软刚臂的耦合模型,采用动力分析方法计算不同试验条件下的系泊力,研究三因素对系泊性能的影响。得到三因素对系泊力影响程度依次为软刚臂长度、压载水重量、系泊腿长度,从而确定软刚臂最优主尺度,可为单点系泊系统初步设计工作中的主尺度优化提供一定的参考。 The soft yoke mooring system is widely used in the oil development field of shallow bay, it's key that the determination of the main scale of soft yoke for the design of single point mooring system. Orthogonal experiment of the factors and five levels is designed, which includes the soft yoke length, the length of pendant and the ballast weight. The coupling model including soft yoke mooring system and FPSO was established based on multi-body dynamic method, the mooring force was calculated under different experiment conditions using dynamics analysis method, the effect of the three factors on mooring performance was analyzed. It is concluded that the influence degree of the three factors on the mooring force is the soft yoke length, the ballast weight, and the pendant, and the optimal main dimensions of the soft yoke is determined thereof, provide reference for the design of single point mooring.
