摘要
目的分析比较腹腔镜子宫切除与开腹子宫切除临床护理。方法以2017年1月至2018年3月我院行子宫切除术的134例患者为研究对象,根据手术方式不同,将其中51例行腹腔镜术后患者设为微创组,83例行开腹手术患者设为开腹组,对两组均行围手术期护理,比对护理异同。结果两种护理在术前、术中、术后均存在在较大差异;微创组临床指标均优于开腹组(P<0.05),且微创组并发症更少(P<0.05)。结论由于两种手术操作方式不同,手术注意事项及术后易出现并发症也有所不同,使得其护理侧重点也存在一定差异,需根据手术特点,选择适合护理方案。
Objective to compare the clinical nursing of laparoscopic hysterectomy and laparotomy. Methods From January 2017 to March 2018, 134 patients underwent hysterectomy in our hospital were studied. According to the different methods of operation, 51 cases of laparoscopic surgery were established as a minimally invasive group, 83 patients with laparotomy were set as open abdomen group, and perioperative nursing of two groups were compared. Results there were significant differences between the two kinds of nursing in preoperative, intraoperative and postoperative, and the minimally invasive group had better clinical indexes than open abdominal group（P〈0.05）, and less complication（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Due to the different operation methods, the attention of the operation and postoperative complications are also different, so that the focus of nursing care has a certain difference. It needs to be based on the characteristics of surgery to choose the appropriate care program.
