摘要
为研究聚合物基导电粒子填充型复合材料的非线性导电行为,在制备较高长径比银纳米线(Ag NWs)的基础上,采用Ag NWs与聚乙烯醇(PVA)物理共混并流延成膜,制备得到了Ag NWs/PVA复合薄膜材料,系统测试并分析了其非线性导电开关特性。实验结果表明:在电场作用下,Ag NWs/PVA复合材料表现出优异的非线性导电特性,其电导率可发生约6个数量级的跃变,最大非线性系数可达447.67;在获得材料显著非线性导电和开关特性的同时,实现了3.5~17 kV/m之间阈值场强的可调控能力。
In order to investigate nonlinear conductive behaviors of the polymer composites filled with conductive particles, the silver nanowires(Ag NWs)/polyvinyl alcohol(PVA) composite thin-film materials were prepared by blending and casting of AgNWs with a high aspect ratio and PVA, and their nonlinear conductive switching characteristics were tested and analyzed systematically. The experimental results show that the AgNWs/PVA composites exhibit excellent nonlinear conductivity characteristics under the applied electric field, the conductivity of composites increase up to 6 orders of magnitude, and the maximum nonlinear coefficient can be up to 447.67. At the same time, the ability of adjustment and control about the threshold electric field intensity of composites can be realized between 3.5 kV/m and 17 kV/m.
