摘要
在WC-10Co4Cr金属陶瓷粉中添加不同质量分数(0,6.5%,10.0%,20.0%)NiCrAlY合金粉,采用超音速火焰喷涂技术在316L不锈钢基体表面制备NiCrAlY/WC-10Co4Cr金属陶瓷涂层,研究了合金粉添加量对涂层显微组织、显微硬度和耐腐蚀性能的影响。结果表明:不同合金粉添加量下所得涂层的显微组织均主要由WC相组成;随着合金粉添加量的增加,涂层中的镍和Ni3Al相含量增多,孔隙率和硬度下降,耐腐蚀性能先增后降;当合金粉质量分数为6.5%时,涂层的硬度分布最均匀,耐腐蚀性能最好。
The NiCrAlY alloy powder with different mass fractions(0,6.5 wt%,10.0 wt%,20.0 wt%)was added into the WC-10 Co4 Cr cermet powder,and then NiCrAlY/WC-10 Co4 Cr cermet coatings were prepared on surface of 316 Lstainless steel substrate by high velocity oxygen fuel spraying technique.The effects of the alloy powder addition amount on the microstructure,microhardness and corrosion resistance of the coatings were investigated.The results show that the microstructures of the coatings with different addition amounts of the alloy powder were mainly composed of WC phase.With the increase of addition amount of the alloy powder,the content of Ni and Ni3 Al phases in the coating increased,the porosity and hardness of the coating decreased,and the corrosion resistance increased and then decreased.When the mass fraction of the alloy powder was 6.5%,the coating had the highest uniform distribution of the hardness and the best corrosion resistance.
