摘要
精轧机作为热轧生产线关键成型设备,在生产中占据重要地位,如何延长设备的运转周期成了重要课题。本文主要介绍了如何判定精轧机齿轮机座轴承常见故障形式,阐述了在线振动监测诊断出轴承故障技术,对该故障劣化趋势进行跟进,为后期表面塑性变形类故障提供有效判定依据。
How to prolong the operation period of the equipment has become an important subject. This paper mainly introduces several causes and typical cases of bearing failure of finishing mill gear base.
