摆钩式钢包加盖装置设计

摘要 现代钢铁生产提倡降低成本、环保节能,而热量损失在成本中占有很大比例,钢包在现代钢铁生产中是连接冶炼环节和连铸环节的重要设备,由于钢水温度高和生产环节之间周转时间长的特点,钢包在整个工艺流程中热量损失较大。针对这一问题,本文设计了一种新型摆钩式钢包加揭盖装置,便于现场改造和实现经济节能的效果。 Modern steel production advocates cost reduction, environmental protection and energy saving. However, heat losing accounts for a large proportion of the cost. Ladle is an important equipment connecting smelting and casting links in modem iron and steel production. Aiming at this problem, this paper designs a new type of swing hook type ladle capping device, which is convenient for on-site transformation and realizes the effect of economic and energy saving.
