摘要
农业全产业链建设有利于推动农业产业集聚,进而释放巨大的发展潜力,不仅能在加工储藏、市场营销、农产品市场等方面衍生相应的服务行业,更能加速实现农业现代化。基于对浙江省55条农业全产业链融资实践的调查与跟踪研究,分析总结出七类主要的全产业链融资方式以及相应经验,并发现全产业链融资面临的主要问题,这对于更大范围推广农业全产业链融资具有重要借鉴意义。总体看,依托于农业全产业链,农业生产规模的扩大不仅有利于降低经营风险,而且为各环节经营主体获得融资支持创造了更多可能,但各类方式必须重视加工储藏及品牌和市场建设,积极寻求资本市场的支持,以此为产业链继续做大做强提供保障。
The construction of the Agricultural Whole Industry Chain is conductive to promoting the agglomeration of agricultural industry and releasing huge potential for development. It can not only derive corresponding service industries in processing,storage,marketing and agricultural products market,but also accelerate agricultural modernization. Based on the investigation and tracking study on the financing practice of 55 Agricultural Whole Industry Chains in Zhejiang Province,seven types of main industry chain financing modes and corresponding experience are analyzed and summarized,and the main problems faced by the Agricultural Whole Industry Chain financing are found. These are important reference for promoting Agricultural Whole Industry Chain financing in a wider range. Generally speaking,relying on the Agricultural Whole Industry Chain,the enlargement of agricultural production scale is not only conducive to reducing operational risks,but also creating more possibilities for the business entities to obtain financing support. Meanwhile,in order to provide a guarantee for the development of industry chain,all different modes must attach importance to agricultural product processing and storage,branding,marketing,and actively seeking support from capital market.
