摘要
采用正交试验对Mg-11Gd-3Y-0.6Zr合金的热处理工艺进行研究,发现该合金采用500℃×8 h+250℃×24 h热处理工艺时所得到的综合力学性能较好,其室温的平均抗拉强度、屈服强度和伸长率分别为377 MPa、333 MPa和5.0%。
In this paper, the orthogonal test method was used to study the heat treatment technology of Mg-11Gd-3Y-0.6Zr alloy. The results show that the comprehensive mechanical properties of the alloy are better when the heat treatment process of 500℃×8h+250℃×24h h is adopted for the alloy, and the average tensile strength, yield strength and elongation at room temperature of the alloy are 377 MPa, 333 MPa and 5.0%, respectively.
