摘要
针对曲轴的高强度、高伸长率要求,通过采取合理的原材料选择和成分配比、熔炼工艺设计和严格执行球化及孕育工艺、严格控制开箱时间等技术措施,获得了组织和力学性能稳定的优质QT800-6六缸曲轴材料,其抗拉强度达到800~850 MPa,伸长率≥6%,球化级别2级以上。通过试验获得的QT800-6球铁曲轴具有高强度、高韧性、好的耐磨性,且成本与锻钢曲轴相比降低约30%左右。该材料的研发成功为公司曲轴等相关零部件材料的选择提供了新的技术支撑。
To meet the requirements of high strength and elongation of the crankshafts, by taking the measures such as the reasonable selection of raw materials and chemical composition, proper smelting process design, appropriate spheroidization and inoculation process, and strict shakeout time control, the six cylinder crankshaft QT800-6 material having high quality ofmicrostructure and mechanical properties was produced. The tensile strength of the material reaches 800-850 MPa, the elongation is above 6%, and the spheroidization rate is more than 90%. The ductile iron crankshaft QT800-6 material obtained by the experiments has high strength, good toughness and wear resistance. And compared with the forged steel crankshaft, the production cost of the QT800-6 crankshaft can be reduced about by 30%. The research and development of the material will provide new technical support for the company's material selection of the related parts such as crankshafts.
