摘要
目的通过对先秦到清朝古籍的整理,搜集古籍中曲鬓穴治疗作用,全面总结曲鬓穴的临床应用规律。方法通过《中华医典》软件对"曲鬓""曲发""曲宾""鼓颔有空"4个关键词进行检索,并将曲鬓穴相关治疗作用作为关键词查缺补漏,然后用中国知网、万方、超星等进行二次检索。将搜集到的数据进行统计分析。结果曲鬓单穴针刺主治病症颊颔肿、齿龋、口噤、颈项急强等9种,灸法主治病症头痛、暴喑、齿龋、颊颔肿等7种,配伍主治病症齿龋、口噤、暴喑、中风4种,与曲鬓配伍的经穴15个,奇穴1个。结论曲鬓穴古代应用以灸法为主,治疗头痛、颊颔肿;其次为针刺疗法,以颊颔肿、齿龋为主。
Objective Through collation of ancient books from pre Qin Dynasty to Qing Dynasty, we collected the therapeutic effect of Qubin point on ancient books, summarize the clinical application law of Qubin point, so that we can use it more conveniently. Methods Through the Chinese medical code software, four key words such as Qubin, Qufa, Qubin and Guhan Youkong are searched, the therapeutic effect of Qubin point was used as the key word to check the missing, and then the second search was carried out CNKI, Wanfang Data, Chaoxing. Results 9 kinds of diseases treated by acupuncture of Qubin, such as cheek maxillary swollen, dental caries, lockjaw, stiff neck pain etc. 7 kinds of diseases treated by moxibustion, 4 kinds of compatibility symptoms, 15 acupuncture points and1 odd acupoints. Conclusion The ancient application of Qubin point was mainly moxibustion, which was used to treat headache and cheek swelling. The second use is acupuncture therapy,such as cheek maxillary swollen, dental caries.
