摘要
为了深入挖掘机组的节能和环保潜力、提高机组运行安全稳定性,必须通过更加精细化的操作运行方式实现。以漳山电厂300 MW机组二次风测量装置为研究对象,提出了一种非常规的测量方案,即采用多值测量与流场分布规律相结合的方案,实现对燃烧器二次风的精确控制以及二次风门的自动调节。
In order to excavate the energy saving and environmental protection potential of the unit and improve the safety and stability of the operation of the unit,it must be operated more elaborately. Taking the two wind measuring device of the 300 MW unit of Zhangshan power plant as the research object,a non-conventional measurement scheme is put forward. By combining the multiple value measurement with the distribution of the flow field,the precise control of the two air combustor and the automatic adjustment of the two air valves are realized.
