摘要
以某船用低速柴油机为对象,基于多体动力学软件EXCITE PU,建立了柴油机主轴承的弹性液体动力学(EHD)分析模型。在同样工况条件下,重点研究了主轴瓦不同表面型线对主轴瓦摩擦润滑性能的影响规律。以主轴承的最小液膜厚度、最大液膜压力及摩擦功耗等润滑性能特征参数为优化目标,总结了轴瓦瓦面椭圆度及轴瓦双锥面型面对轴承润滑性能的影响规律,进一步优化改进轴瓦表面型线结构,为提高低速柴油机主轴承的寿命及可靠性提供技术支持。
Based on the software EXCITE PU,the elastic-hydro-dynamic(EHD)model of the main bearings in the two-stroke diesel engine is built.Under the given condition,the main bearing shell’s profile’s influences on the main bearing’s lubrication characteristics are studied.Considering the minimum oil Film thickness,peak oil film pressure,friction power loss and oil flow of the main bearing,the ovality and the double conical shape’s influences on the lubrication are summarized to optimize the profile of the main bearing shell.The work provides technical supports on improving the design and increasing the reliability of the main bearing.
