摘要
传统的轮胎门式起重机(Rubber Tyre Gantry,RTG)供电系统大都采用柴油机供电,在工作过程中,柴油机一直处于运转状态;而在待机时,柴油机仍正常工作,能耗大,又造成环境污染。本方案柴油机采用额定转速/怠速转速双速模式工作,即在正常工作时,柴油机额定转速工作正常输出功率供负载运行;当待机时,柴油机怠速进入节能模式,怠速输出降容后的功率满足设备待机运行。目前该方案已在青岛海西重机有限责任公司出口毛里求斯的轮胎起重机上得到应用,已交付设备在现场运转良好,节油效果较明显。
The diesel engine in traditional Rubber Tyre Gantry(RTG)is normally used to supply the power.The engine is always running during work,while in standby,the diesel engine is still working in rated speed,with high energy consumption and environmental pollution.The diesel engine works in the double speed mode of rated/idling speed in this scheme,that is,the diesel engine works normally in the rated speed under the load.When standby,the diesel engine works normally in the idling speed into power-saving mode.The scheme is applied on the tyre crane exported to Mauritius by Qingdao Haixi Heavy-duty Machinery Co.,Ltd.,and the delivered equipment works well on site,and the efficiency of oil saving is obvious.
