摘要
针对16 300 t液化天然气(LNG)燃料动力化学品船的LNG气化冷能未加以利用的现状,在分析和评估原船废气余热及冷却水系统用能水平的基础上,提出4套综合能量利用系统方案。该方案包含加装废气动力涡轮、LNG冷能ORC发电、冷冻法海水淡化和设置高低温冷库与空调系统等方式组合。进一步利用AspenHYSYS软件对该船原有的能量利用系统和新方案进行模拟分析,并从?效率方面对各方案进行评估。结果表明,在诸多方案中,以'低温冷库+海水淡化+高温冷库+干燥舱系统'的方案最优,?效率可提高至67.16%。
In view of the fact that the cold energy of LNG gasification of 16 300 t LNG fuel-powered chemical tanker has not been utilized, four schemes of comprehensive energy utilization system are proposed on the basis of analyzing and evaluating the waste heat of the original ship and the energy consumption level of the cooling water system. The scheme includes the installation of exhaust gas turbine, LNG cold ORC power generation, freezing desalination, high and low temperature cold storage and air conditioning system. The original energy utilization system and new scheme of the ship are simulated and analyzed by using Aspen HYSYS software, and the schemes are evaluated from the aspect of efficiency. The results show that the efficiency of the 'cold storage + desalination + high temperature cold storage + drying cabin system' could be increased to 67.16%.
