半潜式钻井平台燃烧臂燃烧热辐射研究 被引量:1

摘要 针对半潜式钻井平台上燃烧臂锁定位置相对于风向形成对平台热辐射最恶劣的情况进行分析,利用KFX软件进行燃烧热流体进行CFD模拟。在无水幕和设计水幕的情况下,对低、中、高风速对热辐射的影响进行了研究和对比。根据分析结果对水幕进行了优化,并对优化的设计重新进行热辐射模拟,结果显示,优化的水幕设计能够有效削弱燃烧臂燃烧热辐射对平台的影响,提高平台的生存能力。 An analysis is developed on the unfavorable condition that is produced from the locking position of burner boom combined with wind direction, using the KFX software to do the CFD simulation on heat radiation. Under the conditions without water curtain and with designed water curtain, it researches and compares the impact of low, medium and high speed wind condition on heat radiation. Based on the results of analysis, the water curtain is optimized and the simulation on heat radiation is re-done on the optimized design. According to the results, the optimized water curtain can efficiently reduce the heat radiation impact on the platform, which improves the survival capacity of the platform.
