极浅水海域对大型组块安装的影响分析 被引量:3

摘要 随着平台走向功能化、集约化,组块的重量也随之增长,对安装船舶提出了更高的要求,尤其是极浅水海域,由于大型浮吊无法进入此海域作业,对组块的安装带来了极大的影响。以锦州9-3调整项目新建平台出发,分析了极浅水海域下大型组块的安装方式,详细阐述了极浅水海域下导管架和DSU组块支撑装置的特殊设计,并归纳了对组块浮托安装设计和操作所带来的影响分析。极浅水海域下大型组块安装的影响分析对边际油田的开发提出了新的思路,并为极浅水海域的平台设计、建造和安装的积累一定的经验。 With the platform becoming the functional and intensive, topside weight also becomes increasing. It will put forward higher requirements for installation ship, especially in shallow water, because Due to the large crane can't enter the oil filed for operation, which has great effect on the topside installation. Based on the new platform of Jinzhou 9-3 adjusted project, the report analyzes the large topside installation mode, elaborates the special design of the jacket and deck supporting unit(DSU), and summarizes the influence analysis of topside float-over installation design and operation in ultra shallow water. Influence analysis of large topside installation in ultra shallow sea waters will put forward new ideas for the marginal oilfield development, and accumulate some experience of the platform design, construction and installation in ultra shallow waters.
