Determination of Benzoic Acid and Benzoyl Peroxide in Wheatmeal by High Performance Liquid Chromatography

摘要 建立高效液相色谱二极管阵列法对小麦粉中苯甲酸和过氧化苯甲酰的同时分析方法。对影响2种物质分离和定量的因素(流动相、洗脱程序、提取试剂、色谱柱和提取时间等)进行选择。优化分析后的方法表明,样品用乙腈提取10 min后采用普通C_(18)分析柱,以乙腈/20 mmol/L乙酸铵水溶液为流动相梯度洗脱可对苯甲酸、过氧化苯甲酰进行有效分离,具有良好的线性、精密度、正确度和回收率。该方法可用于同时测定小麦粉中苯甲酸和过氧化苯甲酰。 It was to develop a method for the determination of benzoic acid and benzoyl peroxide in wheatmeal by high performance liquid chromatography-diode array detector. The effecting factors including mobile phase, elution program, extraction reagent, chromatographic column, extraction time the separation and quantity of BA and BPO were discussed. The results showed that the sample should be extracted by acetonitrile for 10 min, then the components were carried out by general C18 chromatographic column through gradient elutition using acetonitrile and ammonium acetate (20 mmol/L) as mobile phase, which could effectively separate the BA and the BPO. The linear relationship, accuracy, precision and recovery were good. It showed that the method was suitable for the determination of BA and BPO in wheatmeal.
