摘要
优选黑果腺肋花楸果总黄酮颗粒剂的成型工艺。以颗粒吸湿率、成型率、溶化率与流动性为考察指标,分别用单因素试验和正交试验筛选颗粒剂处方中辅料的种类、配比、用量及最佳成型工艺,并对制得的颗粒剂进行相关品质检查。最佳成型工艺条件为:稀释剂采用乳糖+糊精,乳糖与糊精配比3∶1 (g/g),浸膏粉与稀释剂配比1.5∶1 (g/g),润湿剂采用体积分数80%的乙醇水溶液,矫味剂为三氯蔗糖,制得的颗粒剂粒度、流动性与溶化性等项目检查均符合《中国药典》要求。结果说明优选出的黑果腺肋花楸果总黄酮颗粒剂成型工艺是可行的,研究可为黑果腺肋花楸果总黄酮颗粒剂制粒工艺条件的确定及工业化生产提供试验依据。
The preferred forming technology of the total flavonoids granules from Aronia melanocarpa was studied. The particle moisture absorption rate, forming rote, dissolution rate and fluidity were used as indicators. The single factor test and orthogonal test were used to select the type, proportion, dosage and the best forming process of auxiliary materials respectively, and the resulting granules were related quality inspection. The results showed that the best forming condition was the lactose and dextrin as the diluent, the ratio of lactose and dextrin of 3 : 1 (g/g), the ratio of extract powder and diluent of 1.5 : 1 (g/g), the volume fraction of aqueous ethanol of 80% as the wetting agent, flavoring agent was sucralose, and the obtained particle size, fluidity and other projects were in line with the "Chinese Pharmacopoeia" requirements. The results showed that the optimized process of forming flavonoids granules ofAronia melanocarpa was feasible, and the experimental evidence for determination of the technological conditions for granulation of total flavonoids from Aronia melanocarpa and its industrial production was provided.
