摘要
当前有关科技服务中介组织研究侧重关注其宏观层面的功能或者微观层面的运行机制,对区域或城市层面如何发展科技服务中介组织关注不够。现有研究对科技服务中介组织的理解过于狭义,仅仅关注了"中介"的属性而缺乏对其"联接"属性的注重,进而忽视了需要积极引导科技服务中介组织同其服务对象以及各类科技服务业态内部之间的"协同"发展。进一步,提出区域科技服务中介组织发展过程中需要关注三个方面的协同,分别是同制造业协同发展、科技服务中介体系内部协同发展以及同高校、研究院所等创新源头协同发展。最后指出,同大型中心城市相比,中小城市更需要借助三个方面的协同效应实现科技服务中介组织发展。
Most research on science and technology intermediary service organizations focus on theirs macro level functions or micro level operation mechanisms. There are lacks of research on theirs development laws of regional level. Firstly,the limitation of traditional definition of science and technology intermediary service organizations is revealed. Most research only focus on theirs ＂mediation＂characters and pay less attention on theirs ＂connection＂characters. Accordingly,the laws of coordinative growth about them is not given enough attention. Next,three kinds of coordinative growth are pointed out,namely coordinative growth with manufacture industry,coordinative growth between different service organizations and coordinative growth with universities,research institutes and other innovative source. Finally,it is pointed out that compared with large central cities,small and medium-sized cities need to utilize the coordinative effect of above three aspects to realize the development of science and technology service intermediary organizations.
