摘要
在二乙基次膦酸铝阻燃PA66/GF的体系中,研究了缩合磷酸铝替代三聚氰胺聚磷酸盐对材料力学性能和阻燃性能的影响。通过UL-94垂直燃烧和锥形量热评估其对材料阻燃性能的影响,结果显示缩合磷酸铝能够有效缩短垂直燃烧时间,提升UL94阻燃等级,但是,锥形量热的评估结果却与垂直燃烧相反,对阻燃表现出负面影响,归因于滞后的成炭过程。同时,缩合磷酸铝的使用对材料的力学性能产生不利影响,当添加超过一定比例后,材料的灼热丝性能会降低。
In halogen-free flame retarded PA66/GF system with aluminium phosphate as synergist instead of melamine polyphosphate,the influences on mechanical property and flame retardancy was studied. The flame retardancy was evaluated by UL94 vertical combustion and cone calorimeter. According to UL94 vertical combustion,aluminium phosphate could reduce the burning time along with the increasing dosage,showing a positive effects on flame retardancy,however,the results of cone calorimeter indicated a negative effect on flame retardancy. Besides,aluminium phosphate affected the mechanical property negatively,and decreased glow wire property when the the addition was too large.
