摘要
西方国家的生涯教育相对于我国来说已比较完善,我国的大部分生涯理论基础来源于西方,且生涯教育现处于探索初期。如今人们对"人生"传统的认知已经改变了:人类寿命延长、公司寿命逐渐变短、人工智能冲击,人们的生涯发展进入多阶段模式,生涯规划变得日益重要。本文首先对国内外生涯发展历程以及未来生涯发展趋势做了阐述,生涯教育的发展必然会成为一种新常态。其次笔者以四川文理学院(以下简称"本校")为例对大学生生涯规划现状进行了调查分析,最后为本校生涯教育的发展提出了相应对策。
Compared with the career development of the Western countries that has been nearly one hundred years and the education system tending to be perfect, our country＇s career education is basically based on the theory of Western countries and is currently in the early stage of development. Nowadays people＇s perceptions of the ＂life＂ tradition have changed：people＇s life spans,company lifespans are getting shorter, and artificial intelligence is impacted. People＇s career development has entered a multi-stage model and career planning has become increasingly important. This article first elaborates the career development process at home and abroad and the future career development trends. The development of career education will inevitably become a new normal. Second,it analyzes the current situation of college students career planning and the reasons for this situation. Finally,the eountermeasures to further promote the development of career education are proposed.
