基于灰关联分析的疆区多功能无人机作战能力需求分析

摘要 质量功能展开方法(Quality Function Deployment, QFD)是实现装备任务需求到能力需求的映射转换的有效手段。传统QFD质量屋(House of Quality, HOQ)中任务需求重要度和关联系数通常依赖专家直接打分,主观性强、准确性差。将灰色系统理论引入QFD,首先利用灰关联分析方法计算任务序列与能力序列的灰关联度并构建关联矩阵,其次利用优势分析得到任务需求重要度。建立QFD质量屋,计算无人机作战能力的重要度并排序,得到重要度最大即最关键的作战能力为"可见光/热红外实时外摄录能力"和"大容量/长距离通信能力",研究结论与疆区反恐部队对于无人机的现实能力需求一致,验证了本文方法的有效性。 Quality Function Deployment (QFD) is an effective method to achieve the mapping transformation fromequipment's mission requirement to capability requirement. The mission requirement and correlation coefficient intraditional QFD' s house of quality(HOQ) depend on the expert's marking, thus, the objectivity and precision is low.Firstly , the gray theory is introduced into QFD , the gray correlation degree between mission sequence and capabilitysequence is calculated with gray relational analysis, the incidence matrix is established. Secondly, the importance degreeof mission requirement is obtained with the advantage analysis. The importance degree of capability requirement iscalculated based on the HOQ, by means of ranking, we can see that the key Fighting Capability is " real-timethermal/infrared record capability " and " high capacity and long distance communication capacity " , the research resultconforms to Xinjiang troops'practical requirement of Multifunctional UAV. Therefore the effectiveness of this method isproved.
