摘要
本研究通过图像增强算法,有效的去除类圆目标之外的物体,提高计数与测量的准确率,实际开发基于机器视觉的计数与测量系统。本文研究的微液滴计数与测量系统能快速准确地将试验图像中的微液滴分割,实现微液滴的有效计数与测量。有效提高了实验效率,使实验中微液滴的计数与测量环节实现自动化。
Image enhancement algorithms, have rapidly become a methodology of choice for circular targetrecognition. The research in this paper could effectively remove objects outside the circular target, and develop a systemwhich is based on computer vision to improve the accuracy of counting and measurement. The microdroplet countingand measuring system studied in this paper can quickly and accurately segment the complex image. By using thesystem, the efficiency of the experiment is improved, and the experiment are becoming automatically in the measurementphase.
