摘要
肿瘤坏死因子-α(tumor necrosis factor-α,TNF-α)是一种重要的前炎症因子,调节机体的免疫反应。TNF-α不仅参与机体的炎症反应,还参与血管的损伤与新血管的生成。TNF-α对血管效应的复杂性受机体状况等多种因素影响。文章就TNF-α与常见血管损伤与生成疾病关系的研究进行综述。
Tumor necrosis factor-α（ TNF-α）,mainly released by mononuclear phagocyte,is a kind of proinflammatory cytokine. Its function is to regulate human inflammatory response. TNF-α can not only injure blood vessel and cause corresponding diseases,but also promote angiogenesis and then result in tumor deterioration. Complex effects of TNF-α on blood vessel depend on various factors. This paper presents a review of the researches on TNF-α in vascular injury,angiogenesis and its diseases.
