摘要
目的探析针灸配合牵引治疗神经根型颈椎病的有效性及安全性。方法方便选取该院门诊在2016年6月—2017年12月期间收治的136例神经根型颈椎病患者,随机分为对照组68例和治疗组68例,对照组实施西药配合远红外磁疗贴治疗方法,治疗组采用针灸配合牵引治疗,比较两组患者的痊愈所用时间、临床症状评分、临床治疗有效率。结果对照组患者治疗1~10次患者比例33.8%显著低于治疗组83.8%,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=11.327,P<0.05);治疗组生活能力评分(3.21±0.65)分、临床症状评分(5.09±0.34)、体征评分(4.98±0.27)分、手的能力评分(3.17±0.42)分显著高于对照组(1.69±0.52)分、(3.22±0.18)分、(2.62±0.39)分、(1.15±0.23)分,差异有统计学意义(t=4.035,3.068,7.329,8.604,P<0.05);对照组临床治疗有效率77.9%明显低于治疗组97.1%,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=9.235,P<0.05)。结论针灸配合牵引治疗神经根型颈椎病的临床效果显著,安全无副作用,提高患者治疗有效率,帮助患者早日康复,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To analyze the efficacy and safety of acupuncture combined with traction in the treatment of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy. Methods A total of 136 patients with cervical spondylotic radiculopathy who were admitted to the hospital from June 2016 to December 2017 were randomly divided into the control group （n=68） and the treatment group （n=68）. The eontrol group was treated with western medicine and far-infrared magnetic therapy treatment method, the treatment group was treated with acupuncture and traction, and the time, elinical symptom score and clinical treatment efficiency of the two groups were compared. Results The proportion of patients in the control group treated with 1~10 times was significantly lower than that in the treatment group （33.8%）, and the difference was significant （X^2=l 1.327, P〈0.05）. The ability of the treatment group was （3.21±0.65）points and the clinical symptom score （5.09±0.34）points, physical score （4.98±0.27） points, hand ability score （3.17±0.42）points was significantly higher than the control group （1.69±0.52）points, （3.22±0.18） points, （2.62±0.39）points, （1.15±0.23）points, the difference was statistically significant （t=4.035, 3.068, 7.329, 8.604, P〈0.05）; the effective rate of clinical treatment in the control group was 77.9%, which was significantly lower than that in the treatment group （97.1%）, the difference was statistically significant（X^2=9.235, P〈0.05）. Conclusion Acupuncture combined with traction for the treatment of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy has significant clinical effects, safe and no side effects, improve the efficiency of patients＂ treatment, and help patients recover quickly. It is worthy of clinical application.
