摘要
目的分析以人为本护理理念在直肠癌放化疗患者护理干预中的开展效果。方法方便选取2015年1月—2018年1月期间于该院行放化疗治疗的23例直肠癌患者作为研究组,另选取同期该院收治的23例患者作为对照组,对照组采用常规护理,研究组在此基础上加入以人为本护理理念,对比应用效果。结果治疗后,研究组患者焦虑(SAS)抑郁(SDS)评分分别为(35.6±4.2)分和(45.2±3.0)分均低于对照组(46.8±6.7)分和(51.3±3.4)分,差异有统计学意义(t=6.793,t=6.452,P=0.000;0.000);并发症发生率研究组4.4%低于对照组26.1%,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=4.212,P=0.040)。结论将以人为本护理理念贯彻于直肠癌放化疗患者护理管理工作中,可缓解负面情绪、减少并发症,值得推广应用。
Objective To analyze the effect of human-oriented nursing concept in the nursing intervention of patients with tectal cancer. Methods Twenty-three patients with rectal cancer who underwent radiotherapy and chemotherapy in the hospital from January 2015 to January 2018 were convenient selected and enrolled as the study group. Twenty-three patients admitted to the hospital were selected as the control group, and the control group received routine care. On the basis of this, the research team added the concept of people-oriented care and compared the application effects. Results After treatment, the scores of anxiety （SAS） depression （SDS） in the study group were （35.6±4.2）points and （45.2±3.0）points, respectively, which were lower than the control group （46.8±6.7）points and （51.3±3.4）points, statistically significant （t=6.793, 6.452, P= 0.000,0.000）; complication rate 4.49o in the study group lower than the control group of 26.1%, the difference was statistically significant （X^2=4.212, P=0.040）. Conclusion The concept of people-oriented nursing is implemented in the nursing management of patients with rectal cancer and radiotherapy and chemotherapy, which can alleviate negative emotions and reduce complications. It is worthy of popularization and application.
