摘要 2017年11月十九届中央全面深化改革领导小组第一次会议审核通过了《全面深化新时代教师队伍建设改革的意见》(以下简称《意见》),提出要"建设一支高素质善保教的幼儿教师队伍"、"办好一批幼儿师范专科学校和若干所幼儿师范学院"的战略目标和指导意见。首先梳理了提出办好一批幼儿师范院校的背景,剖析了《意见》提出此目标的政策、理论及实践依据,在此基础上,从完善招生制度、创新办学模式、优化课程体系、加强师资队伍建设、重视参与培训体系、重视质量保障体系建设等方面提出了办好幼儿师范院校的建议。 In November 2017, the first meeting of the 19th Session of the Central Comprehensively Deepening Reform Leading Group approved on "Opinions on Comprehensively Deepening the Preform of the Teachers Construction in the New Era" (hereinafter referred to as "Opinions" ) , putting forward to the goal of "building a high quality Pre - school teachers" , "properly running a group of pre - school teachers' vocational colleges and several pre -school normal colleges". So the paper sorts out the relevant background, analyzes policy, theory and practice Basis, based on which, some suggestions for properly running pre - school teachers colleges are given, inciuding completing the enrolling system, innovating the education mode, optimizing the course system, strengthening teaching staff, taking importance of participating in the training system, and promoting the quality of guarantee system and so on.
