摘要
利用HPLC研究不同提取方法(超声法、浸泡法和索式提取法)下止咳宁嗽胶囊中绿原酸和橙皮苷的含量.色谱柱:TC-C18(4. 6 mm×250 mm×5μm);柱温:25℃;进样量10μL;流动相:A为乙腈,B为0. 2%冰乙酸,梯度洗脱(0~15 min:10%~30%A,15~30 min:30%~85%A,30~40 min:85%~85%A,40~48 min:85%~10%A);流速:1. 00 m L·min-1;测定波长:327 nm(0~10 min),280 nm(10~48 min).优化色谱条件下,可以得到分离状况较好的色谱峰,对止咳宁嗽胶囊采用索氏提取法,测得其中的橙皮苷和绿原酸的含量最高.
The content of ehlorogenie acid and hesperidin in Zhikeningsu capsules were studied by HPLC. The conditions of different extraction methods (ultrasonic method, immersion extraction method and soxhlet extraction method) were studied. Chromatographic column was TC-C18 column (4.6 mm× 250 mm,5 μm) , column temperature was 25 ℃. Injection volume was 10 μL. Aeetonitrile-0.2% acetic acid with a gradient program :0--15 min, 10% --30%. 15--30 min, 30% --85%. 30---40 min, 85%--85%. 40---48 min, 85% -- 10%. The flow rate was 1 mL · min^-1 ; detection wavelength was 327 nm and 280 nm to exchange. Under the chromatographic conditions, chromatographic peak separation is better. The highest content of ehlorogenie acid and hesperidin in Zhikeningsu capsules was detected by Soxhlet extraction method.
