摘要
目的总结气管切开术后气管食管瘘患者术前、术后的护理。方法回顾性分析一例气管食管瘘患者的病例病史及手术过程,再对患者围手术护理进行详细的阐述,如患者围手术期饮食护理,病情观察,术后管道护理,伤口渗血渗液情况,建立良好的护患关系,减少患者的疼痛及焦虑心情,保持呼吸道通畅等。结果患者恢复较好,复查见气管及食管瘘口愈合良好,可正常进食,康复出院。结论气管食管是患者进食及呼吸的重要通道,良好的护理对于气管食管瘘患者术后的恢复有着极其重要的作用。
Objective Summarize the preoperative and postoperative care of patients with trachea-esophageal fistula after tracheotomy. Methods Aretrospective analysis of cases of trachea-esophageal fistula patients＇ medical history and the operation process,and then expounds in detail the progress on postoperative care of patients,such as patients with postoperative position management,disease observation,continuous monitoring vital signs,patient wound ooze blood drainage situation,observed with and without postoperative complications,establish a good relationship between nurses and patients,reduce the patients＇ pain and anxious mood,keep respiratory tract unobstructed. Results The patients recovered well,and the trachea and esophageal fistula healed well. Conclusion The tracheal esophagus is an important channel for patients to eat and.
