摘要 使用可用度是度量装备战备完好性的重要依据,也是装备效能的重要表征参数。航空地面空调车主要用于为飞机设备舱和驾驶舱等提供空调气源保障,现阶段主要依据装备服役后一段时间内的统计数据评估其使用可用度,具有一定的局限性。结合航空地面空调车的使用特点和SIMLOX仿真平台的建模思想,以设备舱供风保障为出发点,从任务剖面、任务生成、任务配置、系统结构、修复性维修和预防性维修等方面建立了航空地面空调车使用可用度仿真评估模型,并进行了实例分析。结果表明:所建模型合理、可信,可为航空地面空调车的使用管理提供理论依据和方法支持。 Operational availability is the important basis for measuring operational readiness of equipments as well as an important parameter for equipment effectiveness. Aerial air-conditioning vehicles are mainly used to provide air-conditioning source for aircraft equipment bay and cockpit. At this stage,the operational availability of the aircraft is evaluated according to the statistical data within a period of time after service,which has certain limitations. Based on the features of air-conditioning vehicles and the modeling theory of the SIMLOX simulation platform,a simulation evaluation model is established from the point of mission profile,mission generation,mission configuration,system structure,corrective maintenance and preventive maintenance. The model is tested by an example and the result indicates that the model is reasonable and credible. It can offer theoretical basis and method support for the use and management of aerial air-conditioning vehicles.
